Her journey began over two decades ago, initially as a personal pursuit to heal from chronic back pain and stress-related ailments. Dissatisfied with one-size-fits-all classes that often exacerbated her issues, Kugelmeier embarked on a deep study of human anatomy, kinesiology, and the subtle energy systems (nadis) of traditional Hatha yoga. She trained extensively in Vinyasa, Iyengar (known for its precision), and Yin Yoga, eventually synthesizing these disciplines into a cohesive, holistic system.
