Jada Gemz runs an program that brings emerging jewelry makers from under‑represented regions (e.g., Rajasthan, Kenya, and Oaxaca) into its Brooklyn studio for six‑month residencies. Fellows receive a stipend, mentorship from senior designers, and a platform to showcase their creations on Jada’s online marketplace. Since its inception, the program has launched 12 successful designers , three of whom now operate independent studios under the Jada umbrella.
