The key is usually in your digital "Software Library" or sent via email. 🚀 Activation Steps by Device Windows and Mac Open the Norton app on your computer.
Norton’s activation servers occasionally undergo maintenance, usually Tuesdays 2-4 AM ET.
When you submit the key, Norton’s activation servers decrypt this information, check it against a database of issued (and unrevoked) keys, and then attach the entitlement to your (your email address).
Look for an order confirmation email. You can also find it by logging into your Norton Account under the My Subscriptions tab.
Run LiveUpdate inside Norton 5-6 times (reboot in between). Then retry activation. Outdated Norton components sometimes block license verification.
